BACK GROUND :
The demand of energy in Indonesia increases from time to time in line with growth of its
   economy and population. It is targeted to reach 35,000 MW until 2019. Being renewable &
   environmental friendly option, Geothermal is one of the strongly recomended sources
   among others. Located in the ring of fire area, Indonesia has abundant of geothermal
   resources spread out in almost every island. Technically Indonesia has capable people to
   explore and develop such natural resources. However on the other hand, supporting
   teams in the company need to also get up to the same speed with the technical ones. All
   human resources components in the company should be able to collaborate well to
   achieve the goals.

   This course will provide necessary knowledge and skills so that all people in the company
   can play good orchestra to acheive the deliverables in geothermal industry in Indonesia.
