OBJECTIVES:
Setelah mengikuti Training 4 hari, keuntungan yang didapat peserta antara lain :
  • Meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai prinsip kerja generator pembangkit (generator besar)
  • Memahami bagian utama generator dan fungsinya.
  • Memahami Diagram dan Rangkaian Listrik pada  Generator
  • Memahami system eksitasi (Exciter) generator pembangkit
  • Memahami prinsip dasar proteksi pada generator pembangkit
  • Memahami Cara dan Tujuan melakukan pengujian Generator Pembangkit
  • Dapat menggunakan alat uji/ alat ukur standar yang umum digunakan pada generator pembangkit
  • Meningkatkan pemahaman  mengenai pemeliharaan generator dan Exciter ( Stator dan Rotor)
  • Memahami cara untuk melakukan troubleshooting pada generator pembangkit.
  • Memahami cara mengoperasikan Generator Pembangkit.

       -    Sistem Eksitasi konvensional
       -    Sistem Eksitasi tanpa sikat
       -    Pengenalan Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)
3.    Operasi Generator Pembangkit
4.    Pengenalan Proteksi dan Peralatan Bantu Generator Pembangkit:
       -    Differential Relay
       -    Overload & Over Current
       -    Over-Under Frequency
       -    Ground Fault Relay
       -    Current Transformer
       -    Potential Transformer
5.    Pengujian Generator Pembangkit:
       -    No Load Test
       -    Short Circuit Test
       -    Insulation Resistance Test ( Megger)
       -    Polarization Index Test
       -    DC Resistance Test
       -    Dissipation Power Factor (Tan Delta) Test
6.    Pemeliharaan Generator Pembangkit:
       -    Pemeliharaan Stator Generator
       -    Pemeliharaan Exciter (Rotor) Generator
7.    Troubleshooting Generator Pembangkit:
       -    Prinsip dasar troubleshooting Generator
       -    Gangguan umum pada generator pembangkit dan cara troubleshootingnya
8.    Praktikum di Politeknik Negeri Bandung (Hari Terakhir)
