Negotiation and conflict resolution are integral parts of our life and working with others in an organization. This program provide fundamental principles of negotiation, successful negotiation planning, the phases of negotiation, create buy-in and close the deal, and effective response to challenging behaviors.
Another aspect of working with others is how to deal with the unavoidable conflicts that may arise. We are called upon to resolve conflicts not only within our teams but also with clients or customers. It includes fundamental of conflict resolution and various approaches to resolve conflict.
