Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is a methode which often used for on-line detection of motor fault by analyzing frequency spectrum from stator current. There are different harmonic spectrum between normal motor and broken motor. This methode can differentiate fault that caused by rotor asymmetry, stator winding fault, bearing fault and air-gap eccentricity. Which those fault are often occur on the induction motor
