Ir. Dwi Fitrianto
Dwi Fitrianto is a certified Instrumentation Engineer with expertise in plant reliability and safety systems. He has extensive experience in projects involving RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability), RUL (Remaining Useful Life), RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), FMECA (Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis), and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Handled projects for Pertamina Hulu Energy (PHE) - ONWJ, PHE - NSO (Lhokseumawe, PT. Indopelita Aircraft Services, PT. Singgar Mulia, PT. Tripatra Engineering, PT. Surveyor Indonesia, etc.
Graduated from the Instrumentation & Control Department of Padjadjaran University in 2008, Certified Vibration Analysis, Thermal Inspection, LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), Confined Space Work, and also certified on Working at Height.
Mastering several application software including: ETAP, Reliability Charting (Root Cause Analysis), Instrument Calculator, Availability and Reliability Workbench and Proteous Pro.
Together with FJM and his team, he often provides training & consultation in oil & gas companies, power generation, petrochemicals, and other industries.
