Afterward, in 1993, he joined Asamera (Oil & Gas Company in Indonesia) as a Vibration Engineer, a role he fulfilled for a decade. Ultimately, before retiring in 2014, he excelled as a Senior Mechanical & Maintenance Specialist at ConocoPhillips. During this time, he earned seven prestigious Management Awards for his outstanding contributions.
Since retiring, Ir. Sutrisno has devoted his time to training and consultancy.
