BACKGROUND:

This course teaches the fundamentals of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). The course gives the participant fundamental tools and knowledge required to participate in any RCM analysis process especially in the gas pipeline industry. Participants will have good practice  in developing and implementing RCM. Theory 30%, and 70% practice.

OBJECTIVES:

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:

Ir. Deddy Nugraha & Team

Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a senior Rotating Engineer & Asset Reliability Specialist. Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department, ITB (1990), & had advanced training in France and USA, for Gas turbine maintenance and repair. He has extensive experience in RCA & troubleshooting for Turbomachinery Equipment, also Reliability philosophy and SERIP instructor in Chevron- Riau. He is general secretary for Indonesian Reliability Society (ISR) and KMI.

Many consulting works have been conducted including in PT. Indonesia Power (Tambak Loro, Suralaya, Perak), PT. IPMOMI Paiton, and, PT. PGN SBU TSJ and PT. Pertamina Gas, PT. HKS Humpus, and PT. Vale Indonesia. Operational excellence at PGN and railway safety management at the ministry of transportation. Reliability Data collection in Geothermal Power Plant Kamojang.
