Variable Speed Drive
DESKRIPSI:
Metode konvensional Throttling Valve (Pencekik Katup) yang diterapkan dalam sistem motor-pompa dengan beban berubah akan mengakibatkan pemborosan konsumsi energi listrik. Variable Speed Drive (VSD) adalah sebuah solusi untuk penghematan energi listrik berbasis teknologi elektronika daya. Keuntungan lain penggunaan VSD adalah dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas produksi, meningkatkan umur komponen mekanik dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan Motor starting & Motor Start-Stop. Suatu VSD berfungsi untuk mengubah arus bolak-balik dengan magnitude tegangan dan frekwensi tetap ke arus bolak-balik dengan tegangan dan frekwensi yang variabel untuk mengatur sistem motor-pompa sehingga diperoleh aliran, tekanan dan torka sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.
