Life Cycle Cost Management
BACKGROUND:
Life Cycle Cost Management (LCC) adalah metode sistematis untuk mengelola total biaya aset sepanjang siklus hidupnya, mulai dari perencanaan, pengoperasian, hingga penghentian. LCC membantu perusahaan mengidentifikasi dan mengoptimalkan biaya, meningkatkan keandalan aset, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis yang efisien.
OBJECTIVES:
- Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran biaya. Penerapan LCC akan meningkatkan kesadaran manajemen dan Teknikal tentang faktor-faktor yang mendorong biaya dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan, sehingga program pengurangan biaya dapat dilakukan.
- Evaluasi life cost, LCC memungkinkan evaluasi opsi yang bersaing berdasarkan life cost.
- Kinerja trade-off terhadap cost. Saat menilai opsi, cost bukan satu-satunya faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan. Ada faktor lain seperti kepatuhan terhadap kinerja yang ditentukan dan tingkat layanan yang akan diberikan.
- Dengan menerapkan LCC, cost operasi dan pemeliharaan berkurang tanpa mengorbankan kinerja peralatan produksi melalui analisis parameter kinerja dan pemicu cost.
- Khusus untuk engineer, kursus ini akan menjelaskan hubungan antara kinerja dan biaya fungsional dan keandalan. Hal ini memungkinkan untuk mengidentifikasi spesifikasi yang menghasilkan Life Cycle Cost.
- Memahami prosedur penerapan LCC termasuk pengembangan model Life Cycle Cost untuk berbagai aplikasi.
Memahami latar belakang teoritis nilai waktu uang dan analisis risiko serta dampaknya terhadap proses pengambilan Keputusan

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:

Deddy Nugraha, menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana dari Teknik Mesin – Institut Teknologi Bandung, yang kemudian mendalami bidang Power Plant (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Pump & Compressor) khususnya di bidang Reliability, Quality, dan Maintenance Management.
