BACKGROUND:
Sistem perpipaan (piping system) merupakan komponen penting dalam industri minyak dan gas, petrokimia, pembangkit listrik, dan industri proses lainnya. Piping Design and Fabrication (desain dan fabrikasi perpipaan) yang tepat dari sistem perpipaan sangat menentukan efisiensi, keselamatan, dan umur layanan instalasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mendalam mengenai standar, perhitungan desain, pemilihan material, teknik fabrikasi, serta pengujian dan inspeksi sangat penting bagi para engineer maupun teknisi yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi dan pemeliharaan sistem perpipaan.
Pelatihan Piping Design and Fabrication dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan teknis dan praktis mengenai desain dan fabrikasi sistem perpipaan. Standar industri seperti ASME, API, dan lainnya akan diberikan sebagai dasar referensi teknis dalam perhitungan & di lapangan.
OBJECTIVES:
• Memahami prinsip dasar desain sistem perpipaan berdasarkan tekanan, temperatur, dan media fluida.
• Mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis pipa, sambungan, valve, dan fitting serta aplikasinya.
• Menafsirkan gambar isometrik dan P&ID untuk keperluan fabrikasi dan instalasi.
• Mengetahui proses fabrikasi perpipaan termasuk pengelasan, cutting, bending, dan assembly.
• Mengenal metode pengujian dan inspeksi sistem perpipaan sesuai standar keselamatan.

- Pemilihan material dan komponen perpipaan
- Perhitungan dasar desain (tekanan, tegangan, dll.)
Gambar Teknik dan P&ID
- Pengantar gambar teknik perpipaan
- Interpretasi PFD, P&ID, dan gambar isometrik
- Penandaan simbol dan spesifikasi fitting/valve
- Penentuan routing pipa, pipe support, pipe shoe, pipe anchor
- Generating materials bill of quantity
- Studi kasus dan latihan membaca gambar
Fabrikasi, Instalasi & Inspeksi
