BACKGROUND:

Pengelolaan gas alam merupakan aspek kritis dalam operasi industri minyak dan gas, yang mencakup proses penanganan, pengkondisian, hingga pengolahan gas. Fasilitas gas membutuhkan pemahaman teknis mendalam untuk memastikan bahwa setiap tahapan dilakukan secara aman, efisien, dan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Dengan semakin kompleksnya teknologi dan peralatan yang digunakan, serta meningkatnya tuntutan akan efisiensi operasional dan kepatuhan lingkungan, tenaga kerja di fasilitas gas dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan yang relevan dan selalu diperbarui.

Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut dengan memberikan pengetahuan dasar hingga lanjutan mengenai penanganan gas alam, termasuk pemahaman karakteristik gas, penggunaan peralatan, dan teknik pengoperasian. Selain itu, program ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya keselamatan kerja, efisiensi energi, dan perlindungan lingkungan, sekaligus membekali mereka dengan keterampilan troubleshooting untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan operasional di lapangan.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Memahami dasar-dasar Gas Handling
    Memberikan pemahaman tentang sifat fisik dan kimia gas alam, termasuk risiko dan tantangan dalam penanganannya.
  • Meningkatkan Kompetensi Teknologi
    Membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan tentang teknologi dan peralatan utama yang digunakan dalam proses pengkondisian dan pengolahan gas, seperti separator, dehydrator, dan compressor.
  • Mengembangkan Kemampuan Operasional
    Mengajarkan teknik dan prosedur terbaik dalam pengoperasian fasilitas gas untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan kerja.
  • Memastikan Kepatuhan terhadap Regulasi
    Membantu peserta memahami dan mematuhi peraturan keselamatan serta lingkungan yang berlaku dalam pengelolaan gas alam.
  • Meningkatkan Keahlian Troubleshooting
    Melatih peserta dalam mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan menyelesaikan masalah yang mungkin terjadi dalam sistem pengolahan gas.

COURSE OUTLINE:

  1. Introduction to Gas Handling, Conditioning & Processing Facilities.
  2. Gas Properties & Characteristics: (hydrocarbon properties, molecular weight, vapor pressure, critical properties, heat of combustion, heat of vaporization, etc).
  3. Equation of State: (ideal gas P-V-T correlation, van der Walls, Redlich Kwong, Compressibility Factor, Peng Robinson, etc).
  4. Pipeline Gas Specification: (heating value/HHV-LHV, water, CO2, H2S, and mercury content, dew point specification, etc).
  5. Steps of Gas Handling, Conditioning & Processing Facilities: (separation facilities, conditioning facilities, etc)
  6. Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU): (sour & sweat gas, AGRU process & facilities, amine/MDEA process, amine regeneration & recycle, etc).
  7. Gas Dehydration Unit (DHU): (adsorption, absorption, glycol process, TEG, MEG, DHU process & facilities, glycol regeneration & recycle, etc).
  8. Low Temperature Separation (LTS) Facilities: (refrigeration, refrigerant cycle, , throttling, work fluids, phase diagram, refrigerant selection, etc).
  9. Fractionation/ Distillation: (vapor-liquid equilibrium, vapour pressure, partial pressure concept, plate column, etc).
  10. Heat Exchanger: (heat transfer, double pipe, shell & tube, plate heat exchanger, compact heat exchanger, etc).

Ir. In Jumanda Kasdadi, M.T.

In Jumanda Kasdadi is an instructor who has conducted more than 280 trainings in various industries, especially for oil and gas companies since 1997. He has BS and MS in Chemical Engineering degrees from the Institute Technology Bandung.

Companies that have received Mr. Kasdadi’s in-house training include PHE, PHI, PHR, PHKT, PGN, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Total Indonesie, CNOOC, Medco, Petrochina, Star Energy, Freeport, Mubadala, Indonesia Power, Geothermal, KAI, US Consulate, Freeport, SKK Migas, Titas (Banglades), and many others.

Ir.
