BACKGROUND:
Perencanaan Strategi Pemeliharaan Peralatan Pembangkit merupakan faktor penting dalam bisnis pembangkitan. Pemeliharaan peralatan pembangkit itu sendiri merupakan suatu kegiatan pekerjaan perawatan yang dilakukan terhadap peralatan dengan tujuan agar peralatan tersebut dapat dioperasikan secara maksimal, andal, efisien, aman dan dapat mencapai lifetime (umur pakai) sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.
Peralatan dalam sistem tenaga listrik perlu dipelihara secara periodik sesuai petunjuk dari buku pemeliharaan peralatan yang dibuat oleh pabriknya. Penundaan pemeliharaan akan memperbesar kemungkinan rusaknya peralatan oleh karena jadwal pemeliharaan peralatan sedapat mungkin harus ditaati. Dilain pihak untuk menjamin keandalan sistem tenaga listrik, pemeliharaan peralatan perlu dikoordinir agar tetap tersedia cadangan pembangkitan.
Training ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana merencanakan pemeliharaan peralatan pada sistem pembangkit.
OBJECTIVES:
- Memahami lingkup usaha pemeliharaan peralatan pembangkit listrik dan peran tiap bidang terkait (mekanik, medan listrik, instrumen & kontrol).
- Menerapkan strategi perencanaan pemeliharaan sederhana hingga kompleks untuk mendukung keandalan operasional.
- Mengelola proses perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemeliharaan, termasuk pekerjaan shutdown dan outage.
- Mengidentifikasi akar penyebab kerusakan dan menyusun langkah perbaikan yang efektif.
- Mengukur kinerja pemeliharaan menggunakan indikator utama untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan.

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:
Maridjo, Drs, ST., MT., adalah alumni Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Dia telah menjadi dosen di PEDC dan sekarang sebagai dosen di teknik mesin Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN).
