Power Plant Waste Water Teatment (WWT)
BACKGROUND:
Pengelolaan Air Limbah (WWT) sangat perlu dilakukan sejalan dengan program Q-HSE dan operasional, terutama industri skala besar.
Disamping itu Waste Water Treatment adalah suatu kewajiban menurut peraturan perundangan di Indonesia. Mengacu kepada regulasi pemerintah terbaru PP 22 tahun 2021, tentang perlindungan lingkungan bahwa semua industry harus mematuhi baku mutu yang telah di tetapkan. Regulasi industry dominan menggunakan menLH No 5 tahun 2014, tentang baku mutu berbagai limbah industri, menLH No. 68 tahun 2016 tentang limbah domestik. Untuk industry pembangkit listrik menggunakan menLH No 8 tahun 2009 tentang baku mutu limbah industry pembangkit listrik tenaga thermal. Pemerintah juga mendorong industri untuk bisa melakukan daur ulang air limbah, agar kondisi sungai semakin membaik. Untuk itu manajemen perusahaan harus meningkatkan komitmennya dalam memperbaiki kinerja WWT agar selalu memenuhi standar, menyiapkan peralatan yang handal dan bisa di pertanggung jawabkan.
OBJECTIVES:
Setelah mengikuti Training WWT ini, peserta diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan untuk:
- Memahami aturan terbaru di bidang lingkungan PERTEK & SLO air limbah industri dan domestik
- Memahami karakteristik air limbah, mapping sumber air limbah
- Memahami Proses biologi anaerobic system, design dan operasional, VOL volumetric organic loading calculation
- Memperbaiki system operasi yang ada dan menjalankan peraturan yang berlaku.

COURSE OUTLINE:
- Memahami aturan terbaru di bidang lingkungan PERTEK & SLO air limbah industri dan domestik
- Memahami karakteristik air limbah, mapping sumber air limbah. Identifikasi sumber limbah ammonia, sumber limbah phenol, limbah organic BOD5 dan COD dan berbagai jenis parameter lainnya.
- Regulasi pemerintah PP 22 tahun 2021, LH No 5 tahun 2014, LH No.8 tahun 2009, LH No.68 tahun 2016 dan juga LH No 19 / 2010 dan sparing on line monitoring LH 93/2018 dan PROPER program, basic lab test scheme
- Proses fisika dan kimia, design dan operasional, review HRT hydraulic retentiona time, HSL hydraulic surface loading (overflow rate) setiap pond.
- Proses biologi anaerobic system, design dan operasional, VOL volumetric organic loading calculation, berbagai model anaerobic lagoon, CSTR, anaerobic filter, UASB dan expanded model. Berhitung bagaimana anaerobic digester di pergunakan sebagai solid waste treatment.
- Proses biologi aerobic system, design dan operasional, COD, BOD load, FM ratio, MLSS-MLVSS, RAS-WAS, DO-AOR-SOTR-Air Req, SSV30-SVI, shock load model, BOD5-COD-TOC, HRT, MCRT-SA, seeding sludge model, start-up biological, normal operation, microorganism te

Berpengalaman praktisi lebih dari 25 tahun di bidang Waste Water Treatment baik nasional maupun internasional (Germany, Saudi Arabia, Uni Emerate Arab, Singapore, Malaysia, dan lain-lain. Mempunyai background S1 Teknik Kimia, dan S2 Magister Environment, HSE dari Universitas Indonesia. Saat ini menjabat sebagai Chairman, Indonesian Water Association. Mensupport berbagai project bidang WWT, ETP, PWT, STP di berbagai bidang. Juga pernah mensupport berbagai industry pembangkit seperti PLTU Pangkalan Susu, PLTU Lontar, program daur ulang PLN UID Jakarta area dll.
Selain pengalaman praktis di industri, beliau telah mengajar di lebih dari 300 event training dan seminar.
