Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS)

BACKGROUND:

Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS) outline the ability of an asset to perform its required function effectively and efficiently whilst protecting health, safety and the environment and the means of ensuring that the people, systems, processes and resources that deliver integrity are in place, in use and will perform when required over the whole lifecycle of the asset. An Integrity Management System should address the quality at every stage of the asset life cycle, from the design of new facilities to maintenance management to decommissioning. Inspections, auditing/assurance and overall quality process.

Portrait of the lecturer

-Practitioner, Consultant & Trainer –

Practitioner and consultant in the field of Plant Reliability Management, Mechanical Integrity and Equipment Remaining Life Assessment, Asset Integrity Management and similar projects in the field of operation & maintenance, for approximately 30 years of field experience.

Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering ITB class of 1985 with a specialization in Asset Integrity Management. In addition, he has participated in many multinational trainings & received international assignment opportunities from Caterpillar (USA) and Air Craft Industry in France. Started his career at IPTN Indonesian Aircraft Industry for 11 years. After that, he worked as a freelance consultant through his private company. Several field projects have been completed including the Asset Integrity Management System in the PHE environment, Root Cause Failure Analysis of GE Gas turbine, Gas Turbine and Compressor plant station. Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) Assessment, Gas Compressor Station– PERTAGAS, Plant integrity Management, Pipeline Integrity Management Pertamina Gas, PHE NSO – Reliability Engineering, Asset Data Collection and SAP Development on Surface Facility and Power Plant, and etc.

In addition to being a consultant, Mr. Nugraha has provided almost 100 training events in Indonesia, especially in the oil & gas industry and power plants.
