Taxation, Legal, and Financial Aspects of Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) focuses on equipping participants with a comprehensive understanding of the complex tax regulations and legal frameworks governing PSCs in Indonesia. As one of the primary models for oil and gas exploration and production, PSCs involve intricate financial structures, cost recovery mechanisms, and tax obligations that require precise application and compliance. ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:
A Rinto Pudyantoro, MM, Ak, CA berpengalaman sebagai praktisi bisnis hulu migas selama 30 tahun lebih. Mulai berkarir di VICO Indonesia selama hampir 11 tahun, dilanjutkan 4 tahun di BP Indonesia, dan selama 16 tahun bekerja di BP Migas dan SKK Migas.
Hingga akhir Mei 2022, DR. A Rinto Pudyantoro adalah Kepala Divisi Program dan Komunikasi SKK Migas. Sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas untuk Papua dan Maluku. Rinto Pernah juga memegang pekerjaan Perpajakan Migas di SKK Migas, selain juga menangani Akuntansi Penerimaan dan APBN.
Rinto menulis beberapa buku bisnis hulu migas.
