Whatever business deal occurs between two or more parties shall have proper and correct terms & conditions agreed by the parties. To ensure a smooth process and execution, and to minimize and mitigate potential risks, parties should bind the deal with a legal agreement.
However, it quite common that the agreement not properly written & managed, hence this may expose to really un-wanted situation. It can be either the writer of the agreement doesn’t really understand about legal or the legal have limited knowledge on the subject of the agreement.
