Pemeliharaan Motor Listrik

BACKGROUND:

Motor listrik merupakan komponen penting dalam berbagai aplikasi industri, dan pemeliharaannya sangat penting untuk memastikan efisiensi, mengurangi konsumsi energi, serta meminimalkan downtime. Pelatihan Pemeliharaan Motor Listrik bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis kepada teknisi dan insinyur dalam merawat motor listrik secara efektif, dengan fokus pada pemeliharaan rutin, diagnostik kerusakan, dan langkah pencegahan untuk memperpanjang umur motor listrik di industri.

Pelatihan ini dirancang selama tiga hari, menggabungkan teori dan praktik. Peserta akan mempelajari berbagai jenis motor listrik, cara kerjanya, serta cara mengidentifikasi masalah umum seperti overheat dan kerusakan kelistrikan. Selain itu, peserta akan dilatih dalam praktik terbaik pemeliharaan preventif, inspeksi rutin, dan pelumasan. Di akhir pelatihan, peserta diharapkan dapat melakukan pemeliharaan yang efisien, mengatasi masalah motor listrik, dan meningkatkan kinerja motor listrik di berbagai sektor industri.

OBJECTIVES:

Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang operasi dan pemeliharaan motor-motor listrik di Industri. Pelatihan ditekankan pada konstruksi, prinsip operasi instalasi dan pemeliharaan motor listrik serta cara-cara melakukan pengujian komponen, instalasi, proteksi dan troubleshooting. Dengan demikian diharapkan peserta pelatihan memahami instalasi, operasi, proteksi dan pemeliharaan motor-motor listrik secara komprehensif.

Ali Mashar, M.Eng.Sc., IPU/Supriyanto, ST, MT

Ali Mashar, M.Eng.Sc., IPU graduated from New South Wales University (UNSW) Sydney Australia. His core expertise is power and control or electrical engineering. His core expertise is power and control or electrical engineering. He was the Head Energy Conversion Engineering of Politeknik ITB (POLBAN) and lecturer. He is also Head of the laboratory of energy engineering PEDC.

Ali Mashar has delivered in-house & public training classes since 2010 covering specific topics on electrical & control system, energy conservation. Companies where he shares his expertise are local & multinational companies such as: Indonesia Power, Pemda Papua, PT. Badak, Cogindo, Star Energi, Chevron, Freeport and some others.

Other than teaching he has done many real projects related to power generation and many energy audits.
