BACKGROUND:

E-Banking Knowledge is very important as e-banking services is an integral part of the modern banking industry. Most of Bank’s employees need to have a deep understanding of the technology & processes behind e-banking services in order to provide effective support to customers. In addition, this training is also important for customers as it helps them using e-banking safely & efficiently, to optimize its benefits, and protect their financial information. With a good understanding of e-banking, we can reduce the risk of fraud, maintain the security of our financial transactions and may also be loss of funds.

E-Banking (e-B) Knowledge Training is a program designed to equip banking professionals, risk managers, and interested individuals with in-depth knowledge of e-banking services. This course covers topics such as e-banking technology, risk management, cybersecurity, e-banking account management, and best practices in Customer Service. During the training, participants will learn how to recognize potential security threats, how to protect personal and financial data, and how to optimize the benefits of e-banking.
