BACKGROUND:
Vibration & miss-alignment merupakan salah satu kesalahan operasi yang menyebabkan kerusakan peralatan yang secara umum menurunkan efisiensi suatu plant. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut, diperlukan cara pengukuran, monitoring dan analisa data yang benar agar dapat diambil tindakan yang tepat guna menjaga efisiensi peralatan.

- Mechanical Signature Analysis (karakteristik getaran kerusakan mesin seperti: ketakseimbangan (imbalance), bantalan gelinding (rolling bearings), bantalan luncur (sliding bearings), oil whirl & oil whip, misalignment, mechanical looseness, gear, blade & vane, resonansi, motor listrik (motor current signature analysis).
2. Metode Analisis Sinyal Getaran:
- Memanfaatkan fasa untuk analisis, jumlah dan selisih frekuensi, normalisasi kecepatan; baseline spectrum;
- Standar getaran; evaluasi criteria getaran mesin. konsep analisa data domain frekuensi; frekuensi dasar, harmonik dan fasa, analisis data auto power, power spectrum dan cross power; spectrum; analisis dan ciri sinyal getaran dalam domain frekuensi.

Cecep Slamet Abadi, ST., MT, is one the FJM associate instructors who holds Master & Bachelor degrees of Mechanical Engineering.
Beyond his duty as lecturer in a university, he also has industrial experiences and consultant with LAPI-ITB, Puslitbanb Air, PINDAD, Energy Audit at Pertamina Pangkalan Susu, North Sumatra and also Rengasdengklok and Tambun of West Java Provinces. His roles in IATKI (Ikatan Akhli Kelistrikan Indonesia) is as Assessor.
Pak Cecep is certified on AutoCAD, Pneumatic, Programable Logic Controller and hydraulic system.
His experience on in-house and public training are numerous more than 150 events in major intensive capital companies in oil & gas, power generation, mining & petrochemical such as: Pertamina, Chevron oil and gas, Chevron geothermal, Premier Oil, Conoco Philips, Indonesia Power, PLTA Saguling, Vale-Sorowako, Freeport Indonesia, Petrokimia Gresik, Pupuk Sriwijaya, Pupuk Kujang, Badak LNG and etc.
