BACKGROUND:
Studi RAM digunakan sebagai cara untuk menilai kemampuan sistem produksi (plant), baik yang beroperasi maupun yang masih dalam fase desain. Karena fasilitas & plant digunakan untuk jangka waktu yang lebih lama, Studi Reliability, Availability, dan Maintainability mampu memberikan assessment ke dalam asset life time capabilities & memungkinkan bisnis untuk memaksimalkan laba atas investasi.
RAM diuntungkan untuk mengevaluasi efisiensi produksi & life time capabilities fasilitas produksi. Reliability & Maintainability tergantung pada kinerja setiap equipment yang disediakan untuk menemukan kontributor unavailable atau equipment bad actors. Operation time & duration time to restore adalah basic data untuk menentukan availability production plant. Langkah-langkah studi RAM diberikan flow di samping ini.
Era digital 4.0 & bahkan sebelumnya, RAM banyak diimplementasikan dengan bantuan software (mis. Maximo) untuk dapat lebih mengoptimalisasi & menaikkan efisiensi untuk dapat mencapai KPI yang ditentukan oleh Manajemen.
Aplikasi suatu software sangat bergantung kepada input & pemanfaatan data keluaran yang dihasilkan guna mengoptimalisasi & meningkatkan efisiensi suatu plant.
Sering dijumpai bahwa parameter input ke dalam software masih banyak butuh perbaikan agar dapat mencapai hasil operasional yang optimum & lebih efisien. Dalam training ini akan dibahas philosophy & implementasi RAM mulai dari verifikasi & validasi data sampai dengan modeling & aplikasi data. Lebih difokuskan pada study kasus dengan penggunaan software Maximo.

Deddy Nugraha, menyelesaikan pendidikan S – 1 dari Departemen Teknik Mesin – Institut Teknologi Bandung, yang kemudian mendalami bidang Power Plant (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Pump & Compressor) khususnya di bidang Reliability, Quality, dan Maintenance Management. Berpengalaman sebagai Senior Propulsion Engineer di Universal Maintenance Center PT. IPTN (1991 – 2002) dan sekarang sebagai Reliability Engineer dan Professional Training Instructor.
