Pengoperasian BFPT, Protection & Supervisory System
BACKGROUND:
Boiler Feed Pump Turbine (BFPT) adalah komponen penting dalam operasi boiler uap, berfungsi untuk memompa air umpan ke dalam boiler. Pompa air umpan ini bekerja dengan mengambil isapan dari sistem pengembalian kondensat dan memompa air bertekanan tinggi, baik berupa air baru maupun kondensat yang dihasilkan oleh boiler. BFPT dapat berbentuk pompa sentrifugal atau jenis perpindahan positif, yang memainkan peran krusial dalam menjaga efisiensi dan keselamatan operasi boiler.
Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang sistem proteksi dan pengawasan BFPT, dengan fokus pada prinsip kerja turbin, konfigurasi, komponen, serta sistem pendukung dan pengamanannya. Peserta akan dipersiapkan untuk memahami cara kerja, pengoperasian, dan prosedur pemeliharaan yang diperlukan untuk memastikan kinerja optimal dan aman dari BFPT dalam berbagai kondisi operasi.

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:
Ir. Ali Mashar, M.Eng.Sc., IPU graduated from New South Wales University (UNSW) Sydney Australia. His core expertise is power and control or electrical engineering. He used to be Head Energy Conversion Engineering of Politeknik ITB (POLBAN) and lecturer. He is also head of laboratory of energy engineering PEDC.
Pal Ali Mashar has delivered in-house & public training classes since 2010 covering specific topics on electrical & control system, energy conservation.
