BACKGROUND:
Project Control Management merupakan fungsi kunci dalam memastikan suatu proyek berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dari sisi waktu, biaya, mutu, dan ruang lingkup pekerjaan. Kegagalan dalam pengendalian proyek sering kali bukan disebabkan oleh lemahnya perencanaan, tetapi oleh kurangnya sistem monitoring, pelaporan, serta kemampuan analisis deviasi yang efektif. Di tengah kompleksitas proyek saat ini—baik di sektor konstruksi, migas, energi, manufaktur, maupun infrastruktur—peran project control menjadi semakin strategis untuk menjaga performa proyek tetap on-track dan akuntabel.
Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang konsep, metode, dan tools Project Control Management, mulai dari perencanaan awal, penjadwalan, pengendalian biaya, hingga evaluasi kinerja proyek menggunakan indikator kunci seperti S-Curve, Earned Value Management (EVM), serta sistem pelaporan yang efektif.
