  2. In Depth Cost Estimating Techniques: Parametric Estimating, Analogous Estimating, Three-Point Estimating, Bottom-Up Estimating
  3. Cost Budgeting and Control: Defining the cost baseline, Cost aggregation, Cost performance measurement
  4. Earned Value Management (EVM): Introduction to EVM, Calculating key EVM metrics (PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI), Using EVM for project performance measurement
  5. Cost Control Techniques: Variance analysis, Corrective actions, Change control process.

 Enhanced Schedule Management

  1. Introduction to Enhanced Schedule Management: Importance of accurate project scheduling, Overview of scheduling techniques
  2. Effective Scheduling Techniques: Critical Path Method (CPM), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Resource Levelling and Smoothing
