BACKGROUND:

When it comes down to the nuts and bolts of industry success, nothing quite matches the importance of Asset Performance Management: Maximizing Equipment Efficiency and Reliability. In a world where operational downtime is not an option, ensuring your assets are running at peak performance isn’t just beneficial; it’s critical. Diving deep into making our equipment work better, we’re exploring how predictive maintenance, powered by data analytics, keeps our machinery running smoothly and changes the game regarding taking care of our machines.

Total Productive Maintenance is a proactive asset maintenance system that focuses on keeping an organization’s equipment in optimum working conditions, increasing equipment availability, and avoiding breakdowns and delays in core processes.

Therefore, Asset performance management using TPM is one of the most applicable methods to manage the assets.

OBJECTIVES:

To equip those active in the management of productive and infrastructure assets with the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed at the various stages in the life of an asset, for optimizing the quality and quantity of asset outputs, minimizing risk and use of inputs, as required by the determined business plan.

The course will combine theoretical concepts and practical considerations to refine the understanding of:

  1. The urgency of introducing Asset Operations Optimization in order to realize the full output potential of productive assets, avoid unnecessary investment in new assets and maximize revenue;
  2. The knowledge, understanding, skills and attitude necessary to perform Asset Operations Optimization analyses;
  3. To reduce losses and waste;
  4. The possibility to harness the full potential of the workforce that results in achieving remarkable asset performance improvements by introducing operator-maintainer principles;
  5. The development of a dynamic asset maintenance plan; and
  6. The power of the Overall Asset Effectiveness factor for single asset and processes for decision making.

About The Course Leader

Deddy Nugraha, menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana dari Departemen Teknik Mesin – Institut Teknologi Bandung, yang kemudian mendalami bidang Power Plant (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Pump & Compressor) khususnya di bidang Reliability, Quality, dan Maintenance Management. Berpengalaman sebagai Senior Propulsion Engineer di Universal Maintenance Center PT. IPTN (1991 – 2002) dan sekarang sebagai Reliability Engineer dan Professional Training Instructor.
