Production Safety System
BACKGROUND:
Risks yang bisa terjadi pada semua fasilitas produksi oil/gas di darat dan di lepas pantai pada umumnya: kebakaran atau ledakan; masalah lingkungan, kerusakan alat produksi, & cedera pada orang atau personel. Tujuan dari desain sistem keselamatan produksi adalah untuk mengurangi risiko bahaya yang teridentifikasi ke tingkat yang wajar dan diantisipasi dengan baik.
Pembahasan akan dimulai dengan prinsip-prinsip keselamatan produksi, lapis-lapis perlindungan (layer of protection), safety instrumentation hingga safety management. Code/standard API RP 14C tentang Surface Safety Systems for Offshore Production juga akan di refresh dalam pelatihan ini.
OBJECTIVES:
Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai sistem keselamatan produksi (production safety system).
Setelah pelatihan ini, diharapkan mendapatkan pengetahuan & pemahaman mengenai production safety system secara menyeluruh. Dengan itu dapat bekerja lebih safe, technically sound & environmental friendly tanpa mengurangi produktivitas.

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:
Ir. In Jumanda Kasdadi, MT (IJK) is an experienced instructor and he has been conducting training for oil and gas companies since 1997.
He has BS and MS in chemical engineering degrees from the Institute Technology Bandung.
Companies that have received Mr. Kasdadi’s in-house training include Chevron, PertaminaHulu Energi–ONWJ, ConocoPhillips, Total, Medco, Petrochina, Pertamina, Star Energy, Freeport, and many others.
Ir. In Jumanda Kasdadi, MT was involved in several projects of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), HAZID, HAZOPS, QRA, FTA, etc; for national and international companies.
