BACKGROUND:
IT Resources Management System adalah pendekatan strategis untuk mengelola dan mengoptimalkan sumber daya teknologi informasi (IT) dalam sebuah organisasi. Sistem ini mencakup pengelolaan perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, infrastruktur jaringan, dan tenaga kerja IT untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional sekaligus memastikan keberlanjutan bisnis. Dengan penerapan IT Resources Management System yang baik, organisasi dapat memastikan setiap aset IT dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan.
Di era digital saat ini, pengelolaan sumber daya IT yang efektif menjadi kebutuhan utama. - Memanfaatkan KPI (key Performa Indicator) untuk mengukur tingkat manfaat IT asset di organisasi/korporasi.
