BACKGROUND:
Well Integrity adalah penerapan teknis, operasional dan solusi secara terorganisasi untuk mengurangi resiko tidak terkendalinya siklus kehidupan suatu sumur migas dan menciptakan kondisi operasional yang optimum. Beberapa pengaruh dalam melakukan hal ini adalah kondisi sumur, kondisi lingkungan, dan kondisi peralatan yang dirancang dengan baik. Pemahaman secara advanced dari masalah Well Integrity, setidaknya harus mencakup 4 aspek yaitu: aspek teknis dan design, aspek operasional, aspek safety dan aspek biaya.
Pada saat pemboran diusahakan target pemboran tercapai baik lintasannya, waktu,biaya dan terhindarnya dari kerugian yang fatal akibat hambatan pemboran yang tidak dapat diantisipasi dengan baik seperti kick yang tidak tertangulangi sehingga terjadi blow out.
Pada aspek produksi evaluasi ini dilakukan dari kondisi konstruksi sumur, kondisi artificial liftnya dan kondisi reservoirnya dan kemampuan produksinya. Aspek aspek lain terhadap kegagalan operasi yang terjadi. Pemahaman ini dimulai dengan analisa terhadap konstruksi sumur, tekanan dan temperature kritis dan kondisi ambang yang menyebabkan kerusakan sumur serta cara antisipasi terhadap kegagalan suatu operasi produksi di sumur minyak.
OBJECTIVES:
Setelah mengikuti training ini diharapkan peserta dapat memahami dan mengerti tentang:
